We are hiring Academic Counselor to join our team.

Graduation degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling:

Counsel prospective students (and parents, if applicable) regarding academic programs, career options, and course selections.

Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to offer the best course or program match.

Assist in choosing the right academic path based on aptitude, goals, and available options.
2. Admissions Support:

Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and other related queries.

Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.

Follow up with interested leads via phone, email, or in-person meetings to encourage admissions and reduce dropouts.
3. Relationship Management:

Maintain long-term relationships with students to ensure course satisfaction and engagement.

Serve as a point of contact for students throughout their academic lifecycle.

Collaborate with internal departments (academics, operations, finance) for smooth onboarding and student support.
4. Communication and Outreach:

Conduct webinars, seminars, and counseling sessions in schools, colleges, or online platforms to promote educational offerings.

Keep accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and conversions using CRM tools.

Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-up regularly.
5. Academic Planning:

Help students understand prerequisites, credits, exams, and certifications.

Provide information on test preparation, international studies, or alternative educational paths if relevant.

Stay updated with course curriculum, new offerings, and education trends.
