Job Description
Key points: -
- Responsible for Statutory Compliance like TDS, ESIC, PT, PF, Advance Tax, SA Tax& Return, IT Notices, IT Survey, Sales Tax Notice, allied.
- Import Documentations Applying Letter Of Credit from banks
- Fixed Assets and depreciation calculation as per Co. Act and as per IT Act
- Ledger Scrutiny-Debtors, Creditors& General ledger scrutiny
- Cash voucher internal auditing
- Updating Bank Payment (including online payments) & Receipt
- Presently in to Vendor Management (Reconciliation/ Payments/ advances & follow up/ Mail correspondence).
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Payments of employees, new recruitment and maintaining attendance, organizing inhouse events of company.
