Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to manage invoicing and billing operations for both domestic and international transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and financial compliance. This role also includes bank entries, coordination with cross-functional teams, and basic payroll support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare invoices based on Sales Orders and Purchase Orders (Domestic & International).2. Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills through the GST portal.
3. Make accurate and timely bank entries and reconciliations in Tally ERP.
4. Ensure proper entry of all sales and purchase data in the accounting system.
5. Assist in the calculation and filing of GST and TDS returns.
6. Maintain and update internal billing records including credit notes, receipts, and delivery challans.
7. Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure billing accuracy.
8. Handle customer queries regarding billing and resolve them in a timely manner.
9. Support payroll processing by preparing basic salary data as required.
10. Assist the accounts team during audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in billing/accounts-related roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3. Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP, especially in billing and accounting functions.
4. Strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance and operations.
5. Hands-on experience in preparing e-invoices and e-way bills.
6. Good command over MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
9. Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
