- Manage the day to day relationships and engagement with a number of important ANZ based clients
- Develop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques
- Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes
- Liaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projects
- Undertake administrative tasks including invoicing, and onboarding of new clients
- Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date
- Investigating feasibility and viability of projects through our internal systems
- Database management via the CRM system
- Provide additional assistance to inter regional sales teams on an ad-hoc basis
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong numeric ability and organisation
- Strong organisations skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of market research communications or experience working within market research preferred but not essential
- Flexibility in work hours to fit in client requirements
