• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing vendor payments, processing invoices(Validation, verification, invoice parking in SAP), , and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Financial Recording & Ledger Maintenance: Accurately parking(In SAP) daily financial transactions into the general ledger.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records to identify and resolve discrepancies..
• Reporting & Documentation: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual expenses records/statements.
• Tax & Compliance: Assisting with tax related matters (GST, TDS and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies).
• Audit Support: Supporting internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation.
• General Office Finance: Handling payroll, petty cash, and expense reports.
• SAP Knowledge in Invoice parking, Ledger dump, vendor data, GL Data.
• Excel : Basic and Advance Knowledge in Excel reports.
