Job Description

Should know accounting entries, purchase and sales invoices ,GST returns, TDS returns, IT computation. Correspondence with customer and supplier, following up with the transporter. Account finalisation with the help of CA. Bank reco. ,Co-ordination with the bank.

Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks.
Manage/monitor daily office operation.
Manage/Monitor logistics and resources.
Responsible for providing secretarial service.
Responsible for handling telephone/fax and being responsible for all incoming calls/faxes and communicating to relevant persons and projects.
Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
Look after Payroll
Hire new candidates and set interviews.
Looking after the office requirements and set up if needed.
Handling Petty Cash.
Creating a positive office environment
