Personal Assistant
Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides secretarial and administrative services such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, calendar and maintaining routine records and files.
- Organizes and sets priorities among a variety of complex tasks.
- Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature.
- Arrange of official meetings & training which are conducted for the clients and staff
- Scheduling daily meetings and maintaining calendar accordingly.
- Making travel arrangements and filing all records and travel reimbursements.
- Filing of documents like agreements, letters and maintaining records of them for reference.
- Maintaining a healthy co-ordination with team.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- 2 or more years of experience as executive administrative
- Solid interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills at all levels
- Collaborative, with strong teamwork orientation
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary:
- 3.5 Lac per annum
