Job description:-
1 Handle and manage the billing and invoicing issue on daily or weekly basis
2 Employee expense and travel claim settlements
3 Booking of Accounts receivable invoices inter company, subsequent collections for both third party and inter company.
4 Managing day to day functions - petty cash
5 Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, financial reports and cash flow statements
6 Accounts payable operations - Asset and Expense Accounting
7 Statutory Compliance (TDS/ Service Tax/ VAT & CST) - Monthly/half yearly and annual returns; regular payments
8 Assist in tax assessment and queries - Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT issues
9 Data Analysis
10 Reporting (MIS Reports)
11 Prepares/reviews monthly balance sheet reconciliations and identifies and resolves reconciling items.
12 Prepares additional account analysis for Internal Audits, External Audits, and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:-
1 University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
2 Over 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting field, Must have working Experience in MNC Company.
3 Previous experience in accounting and an expert in Excel and Tally & MS word
4 Experience in dealing with tax issues, Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi
