Job Description
Nature of work for You:
- Office work, where you have to maintain the accounts of all projects and office staff too.
- You will be recruited as Junior Accountant handling accounts of Multiple projects across Karnataka.
- You will be writing vouchers for payments and Receipts.
- You will be maintaining ledgers of sub-contractor payments.
- You will making tally entry of all transaction on daily basis.
- You will be maintaining the invoice generation.
- You will be maintain and informing the management about, Total receivables of each project, expenditure spend on each project.
- You will be doing salary to employees and keep a regular track on that.
- You will be visiting to bank for RTGS and withdrawals and any other bank related jobs.
- You will have to coordinate with the CA for yearly filing of returns.
- You will have to maintain the loan EMI’s, GST, TDS, PT and all tax compliances as per the govt norms.
- You will be keeping the economics (Expenditure details) of your project and will be tracking it as per the commercials fixed.
- Any other works related to accounts.
