Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing daily bank transactions, seeing to it that daily cash & current check collections are deposited to the bank, the following banking day and all postdated check collections are safe-kept and deposited on their maturity dates.
- Providing and interpreting financial information; Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- All current check disbursements are funded before issuance and postdated checks disbursements as well, are funded on their maturity dates.
- All company bank ledgers contain complete supporting details of deposits and disbursements, and bank balances are regularly reconciled with corresponding bank statements at least weekly and monthly basis
- Checks accuracy and completeness of every billings for payment forwarded by accounts department
- Prepares periodic ACTUAL CASH FLOW REPORT, review and evaluate financial performance, report and discuss with superiors.
- Education and Experience :BCom or equivalent
- At least attended special training seminars relative to Financial Accounting like budgeting, financial reporting and analysis and others
