Job Description

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Responsible for Secretarial Compliances – Maintenance of Minutes, Statutory Registers etc.and filing of ROC forms.
Reponsible for TDS & GST related laws and compliances.
Responsible for all compliances related to labour laws like PF. ESIC, LWF etc.
Knowledge of FCGPR,ARF and related filings.
Payroll Processing.
Maintenance of all documents and files and specifically the Fixed Asset Register.
Exposure to filing of Income Tax Returns.
Exposure to statutory audit (BIG 4) & Internal audit for smooth closure.
Experience in handling a team of 2-3 members
