Job Summary
Assisting Accounts Officer in accounting and finance systems and processes A daily closing of books of accounts Keeping proper records for Audit Receive and record claims and advances of staffs and consultants Receive and record all invoices from vendors and prepare necessary documents for settlement Record all transactions in Tally Scan, record, maintain and safeguard supporting documents Update cost-centre and other expense reports on a daily basis Maintain records of all transactions and provide daily backup of Tally Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, vendors and other channels Prepare and provide necessary data for various reports Reconcile petty cash, cash and imprest statements Update statutory deduction for payroll and update records Update Fixed Asset Register for all purchases Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Candidates must be able to adapt in book-keeping and accounting matters. Sound working knowledge and experience of TDS, GST and other Indian Tax matters will be an added advantage
Essential SkillsMS Office, Tally ERP, Proficient computer skills, Spoken and written English
