Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the corporate accounts of the organization, day-to-day cash transactions, and other bank tasks.
- Reporting the monthly account statements and other expenses to the management.
- Coordinating with the management team to get required finance approvals.
- Making arrangements for employees’ official travels (local and outstation) and reimbursements.
- Handling the day-to-day accounting process.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Maintaining income statements and other financial statements.
- Preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Education & other required qualification/experience/skills for the job:
- B.Com or BBA from a reputed institution.
- Proficiency in using Applications (Accounting Software’s).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts.
- Good oral/ written communication in local language and English.
