Responsibility
Managing the day- to- day operations of the office Preparing
Customer Proposals
Maintaining of Accounts up-to-date on Tally Drafting of
Letters/Sending Mails/ follow-ups Answer incoming and outgoing calls &
Maintain daily records New & Old Client handling & Inquiry
Follow-ups
Maintaining records of all inquiry & Client follow-ups
Preparation of
Purchase Orders, Vouchers, receipts, and letter correspondence.
Ability to
build good relation with the vendors and clients
Salary:- Salary will not be a
constraint for the right candidates.
