• Currently, we are looking for an Account Executive (Tally), for our own organization

• Qualification :   B,com ,  M.com , Inter ca 
• CPCA (CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL  COMPUTER ACCOUNTANT) 

• MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
  
• Working knowledge in Accounting Package: Tally 9.0 ERP.
  
• Internet: Surfing the Net, Send E-Mails.
  
• Technical support ( All type software installer)
  
• Experience : 1year above
•  Salary :  Negotiable

 Job Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day accounts payable activities independently 
• Handling the Vendors, conformation Vendor Registration, Vendor Balance Confirmation, Vendor documentation procedure implementation ,Vendor Bill Entry in Bill Tracker and Tally invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation. 
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. 
• Handling of banking and cash accounting matters 
• Preparing Cash/Bank/Journal vouchers in Tally 
• Bank Reconciliation accounting of all statutory payments identifies and Reconciliation of payments. 
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date 
• Cash Management
• Reconciliation of Creditors & Preparation of Final Accounts 
• Providing regular information to the management with regard to collectables and outstanding and other MIS Reports as per requirement 
• Knowledge of various statutes like TDS, Service Tax, Accounting Standards, STPI etc., 
• Coordinating with Internal / External Auditors
