Job Description
1) Update and Maintain Day to day accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial transactions
2) Prepare abd Review all the documentation including Enquiry, Quotation, Purcahse order, Delivery note, Invoices, Receipt vouchers, Payment vouchers, Debit notes and Credit notes
3) Monitoring outstanding Payable and Receivable review and finalizinf monthly collection / patment reports
4) Liasing with Bankers regarding financial transactions
5)Maintain and document as per VAT regulation.
6) Manage employee related calculation including monthly WPS/ Pay roll, Gratuity, Leave salary, Bonus and other related benefits
7) Payment file preparation
8) Carry out all other reporting activities as requested by Manager
