Job Description
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for the overall accounting activity and provide reports as per management and statutory requirement.
Skills required:
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Tally Accounting Software
• Good knowledge of Taxation (Service Tax, TDS, Sale Tax, Income Tax)
* Knowledge of FCRA & Trust laws would be useful
Key Responsibilities (Not limited as stated):
• Maintain cash & bank transactions.
• Preparation Trial Balance & Bank Reconciliation.
• Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report
• Cash Book Maintenance
• P & L Account
• Income Expenditure Account
• Statuary Compliance i.e. Tax etc.
• Prepare a budget for implementation.
• Timely submission of Accounts and Utilization reports
• Timely reconciliation of accounts
• Monitoring & Maintenance of fixed assets register.
• Ensure timely submission of data for audit replies
• Ensuring that all financial regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Assist Finance Advisor with year-end accounting and bookkeeping
• Supervise the Accounts assistant
