Must have handled India payroll of multiple clients by considering all the salary inputs, like new joining details, attendance, arrears, salary revision, Incentive, overtime, Investment Declaration etc with the help of payroll software.
Must be processing payroll of at least 1500- 2500 employees per month
Calculating F&F settlements, reimbursements, etc
Calculate individual TDS based on earnings and exemptions
Must have worked on some HRMS system
Monthly PF and ESIC return & challan preparation
Monthly tax calculation
Process Quarterly TDS challan
Preparing Salary Reconciliation & final pay register.
Preparation of salary accounting voucher & Bank Advice.
Preparation LWF quarterly & half yearly.
Monthly MIS Report as per company need.
Collection of investment proofs at end of financial year
Prepare the schedule of Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
