Job Description
Job Overview
An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting financial decision-making. The role involves bookkeeping, financial analysis, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
✅ Invoice generation, mailing, and payment follow-ups
✅ Maintaining office bills, payment records, and petty cash
✅ Handling day-to-day office accounting tasks
Requirements:
✔ Good knowledge of Tally & MS Office
✔ Daily accounts work and back-office data updating
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills in English
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Record Management
Maintain and update financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in audits and maintain necessary financial documentation.
3. Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for cost control.
Support management in budgeting and financial planning.
4. Payroll & Expense Management
Process employee salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain payroll records and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).
Track business expenses and prepare reimbursement reports.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.
