Job Description
Selected person’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain accurate financial records, books, ledgers, and general ledger maintenance.
2. Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow management reports.
3. Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations, journal entries, and statutory filings (supporting GST, TDS, IT returns).
4. Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursements and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT).
5. Handle vendor management, including invoicing, payments, and registrations.
6. Support budgeting, financial forecasting, cost management, and audits in coordination with external auditors, CA, and accounting firms.
7. Ensure compliance with financial policies, company regulations, and statutory requirements. 8. Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave tracking, exit formalities & Handle onboarding documentation, filing, and storage.
Skills & Qualification Required:
1. B. Com, Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books and advanced Excel preferred.
