Job Description

Core responsibilities

Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software, including recording daily transactions, journal entries, and managing ledgers.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze various financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations, including timely filing of returns and payments.
Invoicing and Payments: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain records of payments and receipts.
Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all financial activities comply with accounting standards and company policies. Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy.

Required skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP software
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Understanding of tax regulations (GST/TDS)
Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and collaboration skills
