Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of export operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Accounting Procedures: Maintain and ensure compliance with accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations related to export activities. Prepare and file tax returns as necessary.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and provide insights to support decision-making for export-related projects.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, valuation, and reconcile physical inventory with financial records.

Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses related to export operations while maintaining quality standards.

Audit Preparation: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits related to export finances.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and procurement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within an export-focused environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of export-related financial regulations, tax compliance, and international trade practices.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial information effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritise tasks effectively
