Accounting Voice Process
Qualification: B.COM, BBA, M.COM, MBA
Work Location: Bengaluru, HSR Layout.
Skills: Excellent Communication in Hindi and English, Good knowledge in Tally
Salary: Up to 3 LPA CTC
Incentives: Upto 2k
Bonus: Upto 3k every 4 month
Week off- Rotational Off
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Tally accounting software.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Tally software.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Stay updated on product features and technical knowledge related to Tally software.
