Job Description
Job Purpose
The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Record and update daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses).
· Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
· Reconcile ledgers, vendor accounts, and bank statements.
· Support in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
· Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors when required.
· Handle petty cash and support other routine accounting tasks.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.).
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
· 0–3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
· Freshers with sound knowledge of accounting basics will be considered.

HYGIENO, a division of Chemietron provides all range of Air filters. The range of air filters start from Pre- Filter, Fine filters, HEPA filters, ULPA filters, Pocket filters, Disposable filters and many more.
All these filters are manufactured in-house at Ahmedabad, India. Our manufacturing processes are carried out through automatic machines so as to ensure uniform quality and standard of our products.
