Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Freshers) to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, Taxation, GST calculation, GST audits, service Tax This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain practical experience in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

2. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, tally

3.Have a knowledge in TAXATION,GST audits, Service tax

4. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.

5. Support the financial analysis process by gathering data, performing basic analysis, and preparing reports.

6. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.

7. Stay updated with relevant accounting regulations and standards.

8. Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices within the accounting function.

9. Support ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 0-1 years of relevant internship experience in accounting or finance.

3. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

4. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
