Job Description
- First hand experience in developing, implementing and monitoring SOPs, policy documents and internal control framework
- Deep understanding of financial statement, preparation of MIS
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Working knowledge in Regulatory compliance and taxation area
- Help establish company best practices related to accounting and internal control
- Suggest thoughtful, scalable approaches to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins
- Preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
- Work with auditors both within and outside of the company to ensure finalisation of Financial reporting and legal compliance
- Communicate with clients and in-house stakeholder
