Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to assist in financial record-keeping, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks. This internship is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in finance, accounting, or auditing, with basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist in voucher entries, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and financial records.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Taxation & Compliance
- Support in GST, TDS, and tax return preparation.
- Assist in invoice processing and filing tax documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and government regulations.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare basic financial reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements.
- Support the accounts team in audit preparation.
Job Requirements:
✅ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✅ Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
✅ Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations (preferred).
✅ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
