Job Description
1. Manage all the financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets
2. Work on auditing financial documents and procedures
3. Work on reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns Work on bookkeeping & spotting numerical mistakes
4. Maintain accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we're compliant with all tax regulations
5. Work on accounts receivables (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll & finalization of accounts, and tax compliance/returns

1. Listening, time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and rapport building skills
2. Fluency in English
3. Telephone etiquette
4. Diplomatic & have courage
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Know how to use the internet and find relevant data regarding compliances
7. Knowledge of Zoho Books & tax compliances (PT, TDS, GST & others, etc.)
