About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing day-to-day accounts of the media and events company
2. Preparing financial reports, statements, bank reconciliations
3. Conducting cyclical audits
4. Working on entire accounts management with Tally entries daily, bank reconciliations
5. Creating ad-hoc reports accounts receivable and payables for various business needs, weekly and monthly
6. Handling all payments to staff, vendors, raise invoices, support the sales and revenues team
7. Handling TDS, GST preparations, tracking, payments, under the supervision of a CA
8. Maintaining proper files of all financial transactions
9. Managing company petty cash, vouchers, etc.
10. Ensuring proper accounts finalization by working with our company CA

Other requirements
1. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen
2. CA or Bachelor's degree in accounting
3. Experience in a corporate or media or events company
4. Expert of Tally and able to manage daily accounts
5. Ability to provide, interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
6. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
