Accounts Jobs Opening in DSPR at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on adding account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
2. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
4. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
5. Apply data program techniques & procedures & generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
6. Work on scanning documents and print files, when needed
7. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
8. Work on keeping information confidential & comply with data integrity & security policies
9. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Requirements:
1. Proven data entry work experience, as a data entry operator or office clerk
2. Experience with ms excel & tally + familiarity with administrative duties
3. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, & punctuation, attention to detail
