We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Monitor and analyze the day-to-day financial operations within the company.Establish and Ensure proper operational compliance, accounting and financial methods, policies and principles, and regulations for any necessary entitiesPrepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and budgets and actual expendituresVerify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Should be proficient with Cash Management, Accounts Reports & MIS, Final Accounts & P&L, Balance Sheets, Book Keeping, Tally, Excel, etc.Hands on experience in Bank reconciliation and Petty Cash.Complete knowledge of present GST structure, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, TDS return filing calculation, IT Scrutiny works and other Tax calculation.Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests.Maintains financial security by following internal controls.Manage and track the performance of invested assets, in alignment with the policies and investment guidelines.Assist management in the annual budgeting and planning process, administering and reviewing all financial plans and in preparing year-end books for audit.Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.Maintain the financial health of the organization.Secures financial information by completing data base backups.Prepare Monthly closing & analysis report.Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the companyAccomplishes the result by performing all the other accounting duty.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
