Accounts Manager

Responsibilities: 

 1. Develop and maintain effective internal accounting processes and procedures.

 2. Prepare accurate financial statements. 

3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 

4. Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

 5. Lead and coach a team of accounting professionals. 

6. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collections of receivables. 

7. Establish and monitor internal controls. 

8. Oversee accounts payable processes and payments. 

9. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. 

10. Analyze financial performance and advise senior management on potential areas of improvement 

Educational Qualification / Experience: 

 • Master degree in accounting, finance or business administration with above 80% score. 

• 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management. 

• Knowledge of Accounting principles. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Accounting software.
