We are looking for an Accounts officer to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts officer responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• · Manage all accounting transactions

• · Prepare budget forecasts
• · Publish financial statements in time
• · Handle monthly, quarterly and annual bank account closings
• · PPT / Presentation on Financial Expenses, Profit & Loss
• · Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with GST statement
• · GST Return (Monthly/Annual Return)
• · Compute taxes and prepare tax returns work with CA timely
• · Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements/ledger maintain
• · Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• · Audit financial transactions and documents
• · Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
