| · Process Vendor invoice & ensure accuracy in coding and approvals. | · Generate and send customer invoice promplty. | |
| · Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors. | · Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections. | |
| · Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. | · Apply payment accurately to customer accounts. | |
| · Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions. | · Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts. | |
| · Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies. | · Handle customer queries related to billing and payments. | |
