Managed end-to-end AR operations: billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and reconciliations.

Handled GCMC (Gift Card & Merchandise Card) and SVS (Stored Value Services) accounting, tracking liabilities, redemptions, and balance reconciliation.

Worked in SAP for customer account management, AR postings, and credit memo processing.

Used SDL (Sales Data Lake) and BW (Business Warehouse) to generate sales and AR reports for month-end close. Managed finance requests and issue resolution via ServiceNow within SLA timelines.

Performed month-end close and reconciliations using Cadency ensuring audit readiness.

Collaborated with Portfolio Brand teams to resolve billing disputes and reduce aged receivables.
