Job Description
Ensure 100% Adherence / Implementation of claim policy
Ensuring Distributor claim processing on time as per policy of the company
Closure of Distributor FnF within 1 month of discontinuation of business with
reconciliation
Co-ordinate & Work with Sales Team to ensure timely submission of claim from
Distributor
Ensure 100% Balance confirmation to be obtained from Distributor once in a year
Ensure Credit Note to be issued for shortages
Ensure proper support for month end activity
Provide distributor and brand level MIS detailing monthly Distributor claims
Ensure 100% NOC from Distributor every quarter
Periodical Audit
Provide necessary documents to support various internal/SOP audits
To provide support during external audits (Annual Audit & Half Yearly Audit)
