Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering telecom projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful network deployment and project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end telecom projects including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, field teams, and cross-functional teams for project delivery.
Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare project plans, schedules, status reports, and management dashboards.
Manage telecom rollout activities including site acquisition, installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables as per SLA and customer requirements.
Handle project governance meetings, reviews, and escalations.
Track project budget, resources, materials, and third-party activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and safety guidelines.
Drive issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) process and project documentation.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Telecom networks: 4G/5G, RAN, Core, Transmission, Fiber, OSS/BSS
Experience in telecom rollout, integration, and optimization projects.
Understanding of tools like MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Jira, project tracking tools.
Knowledge of vendor/customer processes (Nokia/Ericsson/Huawei or similar).
Basic understanding of network KPIs and deployment workflows.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom/Electronics/IT preferred).
PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.
8+ years of experience in telecom project management (depending on level)
