Job Description
1. Name of the Post: Addl. General Manager (Architect)/Jt. General Manager (Architect)/ Dy. General Manager (Architect)

3. Level & Pay-scale / Remuneration:
(i) on Immediate Absorption: E-7 100000-260000 / E-6 90000-240000 / E-5 80000-220000 + IDA + HRA + Perks @35% of Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL - For Officials working in Regular IDA/CDA Scales (on absorption). Pay protection will be given to candidates as per DPE Guidelines. Apart from above, facilities such as Company leased accommodation (in lieu of HRA), Medical Facility (Outdoor & Indoor medical reimbursement), NPS, PRP as per DPE guidelines and reimbursement cost incurred towards mobile handset & Laptop will be as per Company Policy.
(ii) On Deputation: E-7/E-6/E-5 Parent Department Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance + Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.
(iii) For Officers working on contract in IDA/CDA Scale in Govt./PSU/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt. Companies and Officers working in Private Sector: E-7 100000-260000 / E-6 90000-240000 / E-5 80000-220000 + IDA + HRA + Perks @35% of *Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL
4. Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering / Degree in Architecture
5. Location: Ahmedabad - NMHC (Lothal)
6. Terms of appointment:
(i) For regular Officers working on absorption in planning/designing/ implementation of Large Building Projects / Structures like large Commercial Buildings/large Industrial Complex/ Large Convention Centers/ Large Educational Complex/ Construction of Museums/ Constructions of Airports/ Construction of Science Center/ Medium & Heavy Industries etc. in CDA/IDA scale in Govt./PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt. Companies — On Immediate Absorption / Deputation.
(ii) For Officers working on contract in planning/designing/ implementation of Large Building Projects / Structures like large Commercial Buildings/large Industrial Complex/ Large Conventiotp Centers/ Large Educational Complex/ Construction of Museums/ Constructions of Airports/ Construction of Science Center/ Medium & Heavy Industries etc. in CDA/IDA scale in Govt./PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt. Companies & Officers working in Private Sector On Contract for 03 years extendable further upto 02 years based on performance of the candidate and requirement of the Company.
7. Eligibility Criteria:
A. For appointment on Immediate Absorption: For the post of Addl. General Manager (Architect) (E-7) Officers working in CDA/IDA scale in Govt./PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt- Companies should have at least 25 yrs. of overall experience in planning/designing/implementation of Large Building Projects / Structures like large Commercial Buildings/large Industrial Complex/ Large Convention Centers/ Large Educational Complex/ Construction of Museums/ Constructions of Airports/ Construction of Science Center/ Medium & Heavy Industries etc. subject to the following:
i) For Officers working in CDA scale: Officers working in PB-4 (37400-67000) + GP-8700 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 13 under 7th CPC. OR JAG Officers working in PB-3/GP Rs.7600/- (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 12 under 7ff CPC with a total of 14 years of Group 'A' Service.
ii) For Officers working in IDA Scale: Officers working in E7 in IDA pay-scale of Rs- 43200-66000 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 100000-260000 under 3rd PRC having 16 years of Managerial level service. OR Officers working in E6 in IDA scale of Rs. 36600-62000 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 90000-240000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 3 years and having a total of 16 years of Managerial level service.
B. For the post of Jt. General Manager (Architect) (E-6) Officers working in CDA/IDA scale in Govt./PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt. Companies should have at least 20 yrs. of overall experience in planning/designing/ implementation of Large Building Projects / Structures like large Commercial Buildings/large Industrial Complex/ Large Convention Centers/ Large Educational Complex/ Construction of Museums/ Constructions of Airports/ Construction of Science Center/ Medium & Heavy Industries etc. subject to the following:
i) For Officers working in CDA scale: Officers working in PB-3 (15600-39100) + GP-7600/- (Pre-revised 6thcpc) Revised to matrix level 12 under 7th CPC OR Senior Scale Officers working in PB-3/GP Rs.6600/- (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 11 under 7th CPC with minimum 10 years of Group 'A' Service.
ii) For Officers working in IDA Scale; Officers working in E6 in IDA pay-scale of Rs. 36600-62000 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 90000-240000 under 3rd PRC having a total of 12 years Of Managerial level service. OR Officers working in ES in IDA scale of Rs- 32900-58000 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 80000-220000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 3 years and having a total of 12 years of Managerial level service.
C. For the post of Dy. General Manager (Architect) (E-5) Officers working in CDA/IDA scale in Govt./PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt. Companies should have at least 13 yrs. of overall experience in planning/designing/ implementation of Large Building Projects / Structures like large Commercial Buildings/large Industrial Complex/ Large Convention Centers/ Large Educational Complex/ Construction of Museums/ Constructions of Airports/ Construction of Science Center/ Medium & Heavy Industries etc. subject to the following:
i) For Officers working in CDA scale: Officers working in PB-3 (15600-39100) + GP-6600/- (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 11 under 7th CPC OR Officers working in PB-2/3 + GP Rs.4800/5400 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 8/9 under 7th CPC with minimum 04 years in Group 'A' or minimum 08 years of Group 'B' service in the grades.
ii) For Officers working in IDA Scale: Officers working in E-5 in IDA pay-scale of Rs. 32900-58000 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 80000-220000 under 3rd PRC having 08 years of Managerial Level service. OR Officers working in E-4 in IDA scale of Rs. 29100-54500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 70000-200000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 3 years and having a total of 08 years of Managerial Level service.
8. For appointment on Deputation: Officers should have experience in planning/designing/ implementation of Large Building Projects / Structures like large Commercial Buildings/large Industrial Complex/ Large Convention Centers/ Large Educational Complex/ Construction of Museums/ Constructions of Airports/ Construction of Science Center/ Medium & Heavy Industries etc. in CDA scale in Govt./PSUs/JV Companies under Govt. control/Govt. Companies subject to the following:
a) For the post of Addl. General Manager (Architect) (E-7) Officers should be working in SG i.e. PB -4/GP 87m (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 13 (7th CPC) with minimum 13 years of Group-A service
b) For the post of Jt. General Manager (Architect) (E-6) Officers should be working in JAG i.e. PB -3/GP 7600 (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 12 (7th CPC) with minimum 08 years of Group-A service.
c) For the post of Dy. General Manager (Architect) (E-5) Officers working in Senior Scale i.e. PB-3/ GP-6600 (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 11 (7th CPC) with 05 years of Group A service or in Senior Scale with 8 years of Group B service or GP 5400 with II years in Group B Service.
Age Limit:
For Addl.GM (Architect) - Upto 57 years, For Jt.GM (Architect) - Upto 54 years, For DGM (Architect) - Upto 50 years and For Deputation : Upto 57 years.
