Job Description

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems;
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Devising and maintaining office systems;
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
  • Daily banking activities
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
  • Handle resume screening and recruitment as per the requirement of the company.
