Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin and HR Executive to manage a mix of administrative and human resource responsibilities. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting employee needs, maintaining records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of multitasking, with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process – job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews

Handle onboarding and induction for new employees

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management
-
Support payroll processing by providing accurate data on attendance, leaves, and shifts
-
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and compliance
-
Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement activities
-
Maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appraisal records, warning letters, and exit forms
Administrative Duties:

Manage day-to-day office operations and logistics (stationery, housekeeping, office maintenance)

Handle vendor management and ensure smooth supply of office essentials

Supervise front office and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Maintain records of office expenses and assist in budget preparation

Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, trainings, and events

Maintain visitor logs, courier tracking, and incoming/outgoing correspondence

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor law documentation, etc.)
Required Skills:

Good understanding of HR processes, basic labor laws, and administrative systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS or attendance software

Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
