Job Description
Ø Responsible for managing a small team of tele-callers and marketing
Ø Create a system in the office to ensure a smooth workflow and productivity
Ø Addressing students from all streams by understanding their requirements and providing the first level of communication and information before connecting them to the head office to the respective country specialist counselors
Ø Manage office petty expenses, student data, database, and work report of the staff
Ø Attend Zoom meetings conducted by abroad university representatives and pick notes to understand more about the products and services
Ø Manage and coordinate with the HO team to ensure a smooth workflow process to fix the students at the right university
Ø Work closely with B2B and B2C tie-ups and ensure that regular files are getting generated for every intake smoothly
Ø Initiate innovative ideas to implement business development processes that can build the branch
