Summary of Position: 

  • We are looking for a young, energetic and smart candidate as admin cum front desk executive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate us during our growth journey.

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reception & Front Office Management.
  • General Office Administration.
  • Filing important documents, maintaining files and provide administrative support to the management.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Update Management about the day’s enquiries, observations, events etc.
  • Ensure maintenance of office premises and assets.
  • Other related duties as directed by management.

  • Candidate should be presentable and confident.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
