Summary of Position:
- We are looking for a young, energetic and smart candidate as admin cum front desk executive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate us during our growth journey.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reception & Front Office Management.
- General Office Administration.
- Filing important documents, maintaining files and provide administrative support to the management.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Update Management about the day’s enquiries, observations, events etc.
- Ensure maintenance of office premises and assets.
- Other related duties as directed by management.

- Candidate should be presentable and confident.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
