Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Receiving inward phone calls and connecting to the concern department officials.Arranging water, tea/coffee to the guest/clients/visitors etc.
- Maintaining of Employee movement register, Attendance Register, Visitor Register, AMC Files with regard to Air Conditions, Computer Systems etc.
- Making Travel arrangements (flight/train/bus tickets, hotel booking and arranging vehicles for staff as and when required in a less cost effective manner.
- Maintaining the list of contacts of clients/vendors etc.
- Custodian of MDs all official correspondence, documents and cabin keys.
- Assisting other top management personnel in the organisation in drafting letters and any official correspondence.
- Ensure proper dispatch of courier and maintaining of courier inward & outward register.
- Responsible for the total housekeeping and office administration.Making travel itinerary for MD and submission of relevant bills to accounts department.
- Making travel plan (flight/train/bus or car and logistics) and accommodation arrangements for MD, Company guests and other office staff as and when required.
- Maintaining of list of telephone numbers and lodging complaint in case of problems and follow-up and ensure functioning of regular telephone connections.
- Project CCTV footages observation and reporting to MD of concerned official.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by MD or company.
- Age: Should be less than 30 years
