Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an Admin Executive position with 2-3 years of experience to monitor, report & efficiently handle the company’s products and supplies of the company’s inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics
- Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes
- Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports
- Ensuring stock checks (weekly & monthly)
- Understanding the basic of e-commerce operation
- Handling Content Management, Product listing
- Feedback and Review Management
- Order management
- Exploring different marketing research
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls.
- Proven experience of 2 years in a similar role.

Required education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Required experience: work: 2 to 3 years (Preferred)
