Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and transferring it to the appropriate team or department.

Providing information to callers, answering their queries also for those who visit the office premises.

Receive all important messages and pass it on to the appropriate personnel.

Receiving employees or consultant calls on permission or leave and informing it to the respective team managers.

Have to keep a strong vigilance as to who is entering the premises of the company, and report any suspicious activities to Admin or HR department.

Multi tasking, needs to juggle between receiving calls, mails and at the same time attending the client or customer present physically in office.
