Job Description
- Burnout Fitness Studio Front Desk Administrator.
- We are looking for a reliable Front Desk Administrator who will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the coaching staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- Manage phone calls and inquiries about the gym, programs, and personal training.
- Create membership profiles, and assist members in updating personal, financial and other data.
- Assist coaches with session set up, clean up, and overall gym cleanliness.
- Organize and maintain front desk area.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Motivated and proactive personality.
- Some experience with customer service.
