To check and clearing the all Admin service related bills and invoices.

To support in liaising with the local authorities and resolve various operational issues 

Supervising day-to-day operations of the plant administration.
Monitoring company's colony related activities i.e. housekeeping, routine maintenance, and room allotment to employees.

Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Training to related team members, security personnel and taking corrective action when necessary.
