Job Description

  • Single point to contact the Admin/facilities Dept including handling of eternal Relations work like liasoning with statutory bodies for necessary licenses & maintaining all statutory compliance.
  • Organizing staff welfare activities (Events / Functions / Festivals etc).
  • Reimbursement Travel Allowances etc-with Approvals, Reasons & Supporting documents.
  • Regular updates records of office stationery/canteen/ Housekeeping goods.
  • Monitoring records of daily DG set operations and Electricity meter reading.
  • Monitoring Visitor Records with details.
  • Monitoring Materials in/out ward Registers.
  • Monitoring Couriers in/outward Registers.
  • Assents Registers Recording / Tagging / and physical verification.
  • Maintenance of Assets-AMCs (ACs / DG set / Aqua guard / EPABX etc).
  • External Agencies-Security & Housekeeping/Travel-Contract Reviews & Renewals.
  • Monthly audits of external agencies for verifying returns (PF /ESI etc)
  • Maintenance of office equipment's/work areas with care-Computers /Printers /Phones etc
  • Shop Acts license New /Renewals.
  • Further undertake any ad-hoc projects/ tasks as directed by Senior Management.
  • Manage & ensure effective communication between all staff members within organization thru.
  • Quality of language used in all ways of communication & quality of expression.
  • Maintenance of office decorum to have a healthy environment.
  • Maintenance of professional standards of accountability ethics & etiquette in relation to company matters.
  • Monitory & address day-to-day staff requirements.
  • Maintenance of cleanliness & hygienic environment in & around office premises.
  • Office staff / clients travel & accommodation requirements.
  • Frequent Fire Safety procedures to be drilled to staff by security personnel.
  • Accident safety measures as per the benchmarks with industry.
  • By Quotations / Negotiation / Approvals / Purchase orders / Advance Releases / Procurement / Confirmation of Receipts / Bills verification & clearance.
  • All the relative records/documents will be maintained as per the benchmark / Standards for review.
