Answering calls
Arranging for Concall
Maintaining Outward register
Welcome visitors and guest and direct appropriately
Schedule appointments and organize meetings with Clients
Drafting and process of the Agreements and MOU for Admin related vendors
Maintaining Cab register
Arranging cab for employees for report collection
Applying for the ID and Business card
Getting the approval from the finance department and coordinating with the vendors
Issuing ID and Business Cards to the Employees
Recording the details regarding the incoming couriers and letters
Handing over the couriers and letters to the concern person on time.
Handling the visitors of the organization
Travel Management for Guest
Maintenance Housekeeping Works & Cross checking of Cleanliness in Office.
Purchasing Office materials like Stationery, Snacks etc.
Responsible for appointment setting and follow-up, message taking.
