Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration & Operations:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Documentation & Record Management:
- Organize and maintain company records, invoices, and confidential documents.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of data.
- Implement and improve document control procedures.
3. HR & Employee Support:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and handle basic HR-related queries.
- Support workplace culture and resolve employee concerns.
4. Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external vendors.
- Handle emails, calls, and client interactions when required.
- Support other departments in logistics, scheduling, and operational needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, office management, and basic accounting is a plus.
